“No,” he said, “T. Hawk and Dee Jay aren’t coming to PC SFIV.”
Well that certainly isn't ambiguous to specify only the PC version. Now everyone will wonder whether the new characters are coming for consoles only, etc. Prepare for many articles on the subject.
Again I ask, just what the heck is Rare up to over there? Haven't heard a peep since earlier this year about their developing 2 new titles. Thought for sure they'd have a stronger presence at E3.
It is a mystery
@Crap: You know nothing about the game therefore you're not sure about it. Easy solution: learn the rules, watch a match, or just go out and play a game.
Of the review: Maybe they should get someone who can overcome the "mind-boggling" rules of cricket to review it. Like a child. This is quite stupid and sad.
Yes Blaze, you have to explain your poor wording.
"PC sucks" and "my PC sucks" mean two different things completely. Sucks getting disagreed with but in all fairness, you're the one who forgot the one word that didn't make you look like a PC basher.
It's amazing how our legal system ranges from 'the best in the world' to a f*cking joke.
Two new RTS. Rack em up. I hope they're promising.
"Maxed out potential"? How insulting to the developers.
Halo is one of the most popular and highest selling games in history. Very few games join that exclusive club. Bungie could try a few new IPs, but most devs would probably kill for a golden egg like Halo.
Brings to mind Blizzard. They haven't churned out anything but Warcraft related material since 2002. Four of those years were dedicated solely to WoW. They've only just recently announced new sequels...
That and you have about three solid years of games to play for cheap because they're older. That's if these rumours aren't all smoke and mirrors.
^^^It will also be on PC if you haven't heard. Unless you mean console exclusive.
FFXIV will probably be in a similar situation as FFXI on PS2. Meaning you pay for the discs, subscription fees, and nothing else.
As for fees in general, I would be surprised if they used a F2P model considering the success of FFXI with a 'normal' monthly across all platforms.
His old man is wondering why they call it FINAL Fantasy when there are 14+ games. They then go off on a tangent in conversation. The end.
But as much as the dedicated enjoy what the hardcore nature of FFXI, most people don't and the community numbers suffer for it. I'd been at it for a few years and my experience with the game ranged from rewarding to extremely frustrating. At some point the frustration of being unable to find a party, solo, or otherwise make meaningful progress in a given day won out. But even that took a few years. For many of my peers, patience lasted only a few days.
It's good to hear from SE t...
Most of the complaints against the Go are from those who expected the PSP2. This isn't meant for current PSP owners. It's Sony's separate attempt to capitalize on iPhone's success in digital downloads.
That's why there are no real upgrades, just barebones modifications to allow a PSP to work with a digital store and a purely aesthetic redesign.
The DSi is made to replace the DS. This is why it sports a new camera and plays DSi-exclusive games. Nintendo fully expect...
@GEC: THANK YOU.
For a bunch of people poking fun at HHG's poorly informed article (yes he deserves it), most still haven't bothered to take the requisite two seconds of googling to find out that Bethesda is NOT making this game or at least not entirely responsible for its development.
They don't even use the same engines so I don't see what Fallout 3 has to do with anything.
And like I posted before, that article basically said Splash had figured some ...
The difference being your kid will actually WANT to play a DS.
Reminds me of Marcus Fenix actually. At least if you imagine a scarf and a facial scar.
Seems easy to think that when you're posting your articles on N4G. But 'trolls' are everywhere and will attack every subject. I've personally had plenty of civil discussions on games, disagreed with many opinions, dodged some trolls, etc. Of course, I'm a civil person. But some of these sites we're linked to...(like VG24/7) I actually find their comments to be quite neutral even regarding the juiciest fanboy bait.
I don't think the problem of hostility is worse among gamers than...
PC suits me just fine, especially this generation of consoles. If I had to choose between consoles and PC last gen or before that, I'd have a damned hard choice since I love RPGs so much. But lately, I can pass on the shockingly lacklustre JRPGs today and still get surprisingly decent WRPGs on PC without missing a beat.
The only console exclusive game I really want to play this gen is Heavy Rain.
Everything else: Halo, KZ2, Gears, Uncharted, LBP, Fable, GoW, inFamou...
"9. The head of developer Sucker Punch is racist:
Probably."
Haha. Of course it was a joke.
It's just satire. Even so I still might give Proto a shot. Not the dev's fault people made this inFamous vs Prototype.
I like GC too, but what's with the DC hate? :/
Not a successful console, but a good one.
I still have my GC mainly for the GBA adapter, extra special LoZ Majora's Mask/Ocarina, and awesome RE4 Chainsaw controller. Haven't touched either console in ages though. :/
Pretty much.
